Zohar came to Agile coaching from a leadership background as the creator of the Chaos Engineering program at Salesforce. Prior to Salesforce he was a Global IT Architect at IBM and ran Data Storage Engineering at Disney. He is deeply passionate about building strongly connected, happy teams that consistently innovate. Zohar currently leads an Agile coaching engagement for over 200 engineering teams at Salesforce.
